Service Description

StoreGen AI is an AI-powered Shopify site builder that helps merchants create and optimize their online stores. Our service requires access to your Shopify store through API integration to function properly.

Data Collection and Privacy

StoreGen AI collects and processes the following information:

  2. Shopify store data through API integration:

Shopify API Integration

  1. To use our Service, you must provide valid Shopify API credentials
  2. You authorize StoreGen AI to:

    • Generate and modify store content
  3. You maintain full control of your Shopify store and can revoke API access at any time

Affiliate Disclosure

StoreGen AI is a participant in the Shopify Affiliate Program. In accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose that:

  1. We earn commissions by referring new merchants to Shopify
  2. Our website contains affiliate links to Shopify's platform
  3. When users sign up for a paid Shopify plan through our links, we may receive compensation
  4. Using our affiliate links does not increase your costs
  5. Our participation in the affiliate program does not influence our service quality or recommendations

User Responsibilities

  1. You must have the authority to grant API access to your Shopify store
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  3. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated
  4. You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Service Usage

Intellectual Property Rights

  2. You retain all rights to your store content and data
  3. Generated store designs are your property once deployed to your Shopify store

Warranty Disclaimer

  1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  2. We do not guarantee that:
    • The Service will be error-free
    • Generated stores will meet all your requirements
    • The Service will be compatible with all Shopify themes or configurations

Limitation of Liability

StoreGen AI shall not be liable for:

  1. Any indirect or consequential damages
  2. Loss of profits or business opportunities
  3. Issues arising from Shopify platform changes or limitations
  4. Problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by users
